Refund policy

ClickRitzy has a 30-day return policy, that means we gave you 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

To be able to receive the refund, your order must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in the original packaging and with tags. We will also need the invoice of your purchase.

If you need to ask for a refund, you can contact us at contact@clickritzy.com. If your case is eligible for a refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and also all the instructions you need to send us back the package without trouble. We don’t refund orders that are sent back to us without a previous refund request.

Damages and issues

We suggest that you inspect your order soon as you can after receiving it. If you see any problem with the condition of the product or you received something different, please contact us immediately so we can solve the problem promptly.

 

Exceptions (items you can’t return)

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way you can get what you really want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, you must make a new purchase for the right item.

 

Refunds

We will enter in contact with you as soon as possible after we  receive and analyze your returned order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund you on your payment method. Can take some time, depending on the credit card company, for your bank to process and deposit the refund.
