Shipping policy

For now we just sell in Unite States.

United States orders can take 1 to 8 business days to arrive - it depends on the type of shipping you choose. 

Returns and exchanges

ClickRitzy has a 30-day return policy, that means we gave you 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

To be able to receive the refund, your order must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in the original packaging and with tags. We will also need the invoice of your purchase.

We are sorry that you received the wrong or a defective product. Contact us HERE to get the return process started.

If your case is eligible for a refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and also all the instructions you need to send us back the package without trouble. We don’t refund orders that are sent back to us without a previous refund request.
